Sell RWTO / Buy NYMTG

Today we sold our position in Redwood Trust Inc Senior Notes (RWTO) at $25.10 per share and used proceeds to buy NYMTG at $23.50. 

The issues have almost identical yield at par, and maturity of 5 years.  Both common stocks of their parent company are mREIT and both invest in residential properties and have similar performance.
